Revolutionary Socialist Matt Erard of the Detroit SP has just been elected to a three-year term on Detroit’s Downtown District Citizens’ District Council. In his campaign, Matt committed to "fight for a radically democratic reorientation of our city leadership’s priorities toward an uncompromising dedication to serving and supporting the economic human needs and political struggles of the city’s working class and oppressed majority."
